Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Malabar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Performs the manufacturing inspection process, which consists of soldering, soldering touch-up, soldering inspection, and part orientation verification.
• Developing support for an individual contributor.
• Works under general supervision.
• Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
• Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
• Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is needed.
• Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
• Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16.53 - $45.33 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in a team environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performing soldering rework, including conformal coating (Dymax & Parylene), masking/demasking, staking/bonding, chemical application, lamination, and touch-up.

• Associate Degree.
• Exceptional soldering skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to solder and work under a low-powered microscope.
