Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Acara Solutions seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our client remotely in the US.

• Developing and administering recruitment programs.
• Managing the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Reporting on recruitment outcomes and trends.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Identifying the right sources for advertising and posting positions.
• Sourcing/engagement of cleared engineers nationwide
• Promoting our company to candidates and external partners.
• Negotiates or supports the hiring manager in developing a new hire compensation package/offers.
• Building a network of qualified candidates and conducting pre-screening and interviews.
• Evaluating candidate evaluation tools and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborating with agencies, contractors, and online representatives.
• Providing feedback on recruitment agencies and supporting various programs.
• Conducting specialized or technical position searches.
• Ensuring staffing aligns with our business goals.
• Reporting to management on recruitment efforts.

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with government contracting industry.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in identifying highly cleared candidate pools; TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph.

• Master's Degree with 6 years of experience.
• Seasoned professional with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in building productive relationships and influencing business management.
• Organized and excellent in communication.
• Knowledgeable in various recruitment techniques and compliance.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
