Job Overview

The Customer Service Specialist Senior is key to the journey for the patient experience and response as the face of the organization. This position responds to inbound calls, faxes and emails for internal and/or external customers. Team members respond to inbound call, e-mail and faxes for both internal and external customers, including coordinating with internal departments as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

No direct patient care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.

1. Acts as a resource for internal/external partners on related customer service requests and issues.
2. Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve issues.
3. Acts as an escalated resource to Customer Service Specialist to diffuse escalated calls.
4. Support system questions from internal/external partners.
5. Supports projects and other responsibilities as needed.
6. Maintain primary and secondary (if applicable) e-mail exchanges.
7. Serves as a liaison between the organization and internal/external partners.
8. May support with audits.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degrees
    • High School Diploma required.

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or call center experience.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $21.14 to $31.72
