Drive strategic growth for EnerSys Energy Systems by forging high-value partnerships, expanding market presence, and developing new business models aligned with emerging technologies and service offerings. Job Purpose
The Director will lead partner strategy and business development initiatives across EnergySystems segments (Data, Industrial and Communication) for battery and power systems and services. Responsibilities include identifying and securing strategic alliances, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving joint go-to-market programs with key manufacturing representatives and value-added resellers. The role also involves partner analysis of total addressable market, specific ENS addressable market, offer management, and execution of strategic operational plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
