Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Web Analyst in San Mateo, CA to handle web analytics requests ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable data insights to support cross-functional initiatives. Requires a Master's degree in any field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience translating complex business requirements into analytical questions and developing actionable, data-driven approaches and solutions; conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing, including test design, pre- and post-test analysis, evaluation, test result interpretation, and future test iteration for e-commerce websites; designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker, and other BI platforms; performing analytics implementation and quality assurance, including Adobe tracking label design, analytics validation, and troubleshooting; analyzing trends from combined data sources including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), MicroStrategy, Snowflake, Decibel and Google Search Console and identifying opportunities through benchmarking, forecasting, and in-depth analysis using statistical methods; performing campaign analysis, ad-hoc analysis, and independent research to uncover insights that support strategic business objectives; and in executing job duties, utilizing Python and advanced Excel.
