Description

    Assisting in developing and evaluating system architectures to ensure alignment with client requirements and mission objectives
  • Supporting configuration management and systems validation processes, ensuring that modifications comply with established standards and procedures
  • Analyzing system performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the integration, testing, and deployment of system components
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of system specifications, test procedures, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Three plus years experience in a system engineering role
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering discipline, computer science or IT discipline, or technical discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to support the development, validation, and integration of system-level requirements per contract specifications and operational guidelines
  • Proficient in analyzing technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and functional specifications to inform system design enhancements
  • Skilled in assisting with configuration management, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing data analysis to improve system performance
  • Possess an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with systems engineering tools and methodologies, such as MBSE or SysML, to streamline system design and analysis
  • Proficiency in using analytical software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) and diagnostic tools to support complex systems troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively
  • Experience with project management fundamentals and process improvement initiatives to optimize engineering workflows

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
