What Is Expected:

• Carpentry and forklift experience preferred
• Follow instructions and stay focused on the task
• Use hand tools and basic equipment - training provided
• Assemble, pack, and label products the right way every time
• Inspect parts for quality and call out problems
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe
• Stay on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep moving
• Show up on time, ready to work, every shift
• Put safety first for yourself and your crew
• Be a team player and help hit daily production goals
