Description
Brown and Caldwell is seeking a fulltime, results-driven Talent Advisor with comprehensive full cycle recruiting experience. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and serve as a strategic recruiting advisor. You will identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels-including employee referrals, passive sourcing, and other innovative pipelines-while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to hire outstanding employees who contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Job Summary The Talent Acquisition role supports talent acquisition strategy and contributes to the recruitment efforts of the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and engaging candidates for a variety of roles in diverse business units. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage the talent pipeline effectively, and contribute significantly to the hiring process. This role will also provide guidance to less experienced team members and be required to solve moderately complex problems within broad guidelines and policies.
