Responsibilities

The Human Resources Supervisor administers and coordinates human resources programs such as compensation and benefits, with a primary emphasis on employment and employee relations matters involving employees up through the middle management level; communications and interprets company human resources policies and procedures for managers and employees.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
2. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree, preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
4. Must be familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
5. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws.
6. Must show strong initiative, exercise sound judgement, and take appropriate action when necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills
7. Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics and general work processing, etc.
