Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager (Financial focused) with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead and manage financial operations, forecasting, contract renewals, and overall engagement for the Channels Data Technology team Own and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization Handle vendor and partner contract renewals, ensuring compliance and timely execution Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, driving alignment and transparency across initiatives Deliver accurate and timely reporting on financials, forecasts, and project health to senior leadership Implement and oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and regulatory requirements Requirements: 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services Strong background in managing project financials and forecasting Proven ability to lead organizational change initiatives effectively Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing complex technology initiatives within the financial services industry Desired skills: Prior management experience large-scale financial institutions Prior experience with enterprise processes and tools Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and compliance standards PMP or equivalent certification Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
