Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States (or (applicable country) on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship Role Summary As a Production Support Engineer your role will ensure an active monitoring, ticket/issue handling , request fulfillment & proactive communication. Your role also provides technical input for an onshore-offshore development team building hybrid applications in an on-premise and cloud environment. This will require you to maintain high site uptime/data availability while embracing rapid change and growth. This role requires technical knowledge, adaptability, great customer service, hands on execution as well as a strong drive for maintaining the application availability and resiliency. Responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning. Essential Functions

Minimum Qualification Minimum 3 years of relevant Prod support experience.
