Summary We are seeking a highly driven Finance Manager to join our PE backed, fast growing client. The Finance Manager will support operations with performance management, forecasting, and operational decision-making. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and regional leadership to improve financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong operator at heart; someone who enjoys influencing through data, building driver-based models, and translating complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This role requires hands-on ownership, strong business judgment, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, execution-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Own and enhance revenue, margin, and expense forecasting using KPI- and driver-based models Partner with operational leaders to link financial outcomes to labor, volume, utilization, and other core drivers Lead weekly and monthly performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and financial processes through automation and analytics Prepare executive-ready materials and support performance reviews and decision-making Deliver ad hoc scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4-8 years of experience in FP&A or operations finance in a high-performance environment Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with KPI-driven forecasting and rolling forecasts Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders Experience with BI tools or planning systems (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive, SQL) preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
