Job Title: Administrative / Executive Assistant
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/annually

Location: New York, NY (On-site 5 days a week)

Position Overview: Our client, a respected family office in New York City, is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative/Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a fast?paced, high?trust environment where discretion, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate brings 2-3+ years of administrative experience, thrives in a team?oriented setting, and takes pride in delivering high?quality work with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day?to?day support for leadership team members, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow?up.
  • Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and drafting communications.
  • Monitor, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and produce detailed itineraries.
  • Process expenses, reimbursements, and vendor invoices accurately and on time.
  • Track receipts, credit card statements, and other financial documentation.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and special projects.
  • Support ad?hoc administrative needs for the broader team as required.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and follow?through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor, strong judgment, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in a family office, finance, or professional services environment is a plus (not required).

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
