Job Description: Fire Life Safety (FLS) Program Manager Role Purpose: Boeing is seeking a senior-level Fire Life Safety Program Manager to oversee the operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and emergency readiness of a 200-site regional portfolio. This individual acts as the strategic bridge between technical asset management, the Boeing Fire Department (BFD), and Regional Facilities Leadership. Primary Responsibilities: Asset Validation & Maintenance Optimization * 100% Asset Validation: Execute a comprehensive "boots-on-the-ground" audit of every FLS asset across 200 sites to ensure the CMMS (system of record) is accurate. * PM Oversight: Validate and update all Preventative Maintenance and Inspection schedules to ensure 100% compliance with NFPA 25, 72, and Boeing corporate standards. * Regional Logistics: Coordinate with BFD to ensure fire department personnel are present on-site during all critical system testing, inspections, or maintenance windows. Emergency Readiness & Protocol Development * EOP & SOP Creation: Partner together with BFD leadership to develop and standardize Emergency Operation Plans (EOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all 200 sites. * Drill Standardization: Develop a regional Fire Drill Master Schedule. Ensure drills are executed, timed, and critiqued in coordination with BFD and Site Facility Managers to meet OSHA and local code requirements. Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting * Facility Manager Liaison: Work directly with Site FMs to coordinate all FLS actions, ensuring safety requirements are met without compromising manufacturing productivity. * Regional Executive Briefings: Provide monthly status updates to Regional Facility Maintenance Leadership. Reports must clearly outline: o Current Regional Compliance Status (Green/Yellow/Red). o Specific "Problem Areas" and root cause analysis. o The Way Forward: A prioritized 30/60/90-day action plan for risk mitigation. Candidate Requirements: Qualifications * Experience: 10+ years in Fire Protection or Industrial Safety. Must have experience managing multi-site portfolios (100+ sites) and working with internal/industrial fire departments. * Certifications: NICET III/IV, CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist), or a Bachelor's in Fire Protection Engineering. * Regulatory Expert: Mastery of NFPA 1, 10, 13, 25, 72, and 101, as well as OSHA 1910.38/1910.39. * Operational Knowledge: Experience in developing tactical SOPs for industrial fire response and evacuation. Leadership & Soft Skills * Command Presence: Ability to lead meetings with both a 40-person fire department and corporate executive leadership. * Strategic Communication: Ability to translate high-level code requirements into actionable tasks for Facility Managers. * Data Literacy: High proficiency in CMMS (Maximo/SAP) and Excel for managing 100% asset validation data. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Validation Completion: Progress toward the 100% asset integrity baseline. * SOP Integration: Completion and approval of standardized Emergency Plans across the region. * Drill Compliance: 100% adherence to the regional fire drill schedule. * Maintenance Health: Reduction in deferred maintenance and critical deficiencies across the 200 sites.
