Visit the site virtually and much more online at: vbpcweb.com The Milieu Manager serves as a key link between the Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center leadership and the care teams, promoting uniform standards across residential and clinical services. They guide and mentor direct care staff, offering clinical oversight and support for best practices. The Milieu Manager organizes staff schedules, assigns team members to units, and ensures smooth communication among flex pool staff.
