As a key contributor, you will own the critical process of translating design vision into perfectly fitting garments, collaborating closely with design teams to uphold creative intent while adhering to rigorous fit, comfort, and quality benchmarks. Your work will be central to maintaining the brand's reputation for superior product execution and customer satisfaction.

**What You'll Do:**

* Analyze and evaluate garments to develop precise fit specifications that meet brand standards.

* Ensure product development aligns with established fit quality, manufacturing capabilities, and cost specifications.

* Develop comprehensive technical specifications and communicate detailed fit requirements to vendors and factories.

* Collaborate with factories to make necessary adjustments, preserving design integrity of approved prototypes while monitoring quality and target pricing.

* Potentially guide and mentor Assistant or Associate Technical Designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent practical experience.

* 5+ years of dedicated experience in technical design within the apparel industry.
