Production Associate, AI Presentations & Evaluations

The NextGen Content Team is seeking an AI Production Associate to support the operational backbone of our AI content evaluation and production workflows. This role is hands-on and process-driven where you will configure internal testing environments, execute structured evaluation runs, and ensure that all outputs are captured, organized, and delivered with precision. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of AI-generated presentations and content for millions of users.

You'll collaborate closely with product teams, content strategists, designers, and AI experts to ensure that every test run is executed according to plan, outputs are meticulously tracked, and issues are surfaced quickly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, is comfortable with evolving instructions, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

What We're Looking For

* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to follow and adapt to frequently updated instructions.

* Technical aptitude for configuring internal tools, running structured evaluation workflows, and troubleshooting basic system issues.

* Ability to manage multiple requests and deliver projects on time, even as priorities shift.

* Clear and timely communication skills for collaborating with product, content, and design teams and reporting progress or blockers.

* Proactive mindset and a comfort with flagging issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring full coverage of assigned tasks.

* Familiarity with OneDrive, SharePoint, and file management best practices.

* Experience with bug tracking tools is a plus.

What You'll Do

* Configure internal testing environments based on instructions from the product team; update configurations as requirements evolve.

* Run test prompts through PowerPoint Narrative Builder and Agent Mode (output scraping) according to provided plans.

* Capture and save outputs (images, slides, decks, text) in required formats, applying consistent file naming conventions.

* Organize outputs into the correct SharePoint folders for easy access and traceability.

* Track progress against run lists, ensuring all scenarios are covered and documented.

* Log bugs using the product team's Azure DevOps templates and tags.

* Manage multiple concurrent requests, delivering results within established timelines.

* Proactively flag system issues and communicate status updates to the product team.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.

* 2+ years of experience in a technical operations, QA, or production support role (ideally in a software, AI, or digital content environment).

* Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and adapt to changing requirements.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

* Experience with cloud storage platforms (OneDrive and SharePoint) and basic file management.

* Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or content evaluation workflows.

* Prior exposure to prompt engineering, output validation, or structured testing environments.

* Comfort working in experimental or rapidly evolving spaces.
