Your expertise will be vital in maintaining operational excellence and driving key administrative projects forward.

To be considered for this position, you must:



  • Currently live in Rhode Island. Out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role.
  • Provide a screenshot of your wired/Ethernet Internet connection download and upload speeds.


**About the Role:**

This administrative role is central to supporting physician operations within our healthcare services division. You will be an integral part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, focused on the critical administrative backbone that enables our medical staff to provide exceptional care. This is an opportunity to leverage your meticulous attention to detail and project management skills in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible difference in the efficiency and compliance of our physician support systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support provider and Collaborating Physician applications to relevant regulatory bodies for prescriptive authority, ensuring all related documents are fully executed, filed, and maintained as applicable.

* Utilize specialized database systems to accurately record and maintain pertinent information.

* Assist in various administrative and operational projects.

* Participate in other departmental activities as assigned, contributing to overall team success.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

* Ability to maintain focus on details within a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

* Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team setting.

* Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Comfortable with learning and adapting to new software applications quickly.

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment.

* Experience within a healthcare administrative setting.

* Ability to easily adapt to change in an energetic work environment.

* Comfortable and effective in communicating at all levels within an organization.

* Motivated to establish, maintain, and manage working relationships with colleagues, external vendors, and contracted physicians.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and make independent decisions when necessary.

* Project management experience.

* Bachelor's degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
