GROWTH OPERATIONS - JOURNEY BUILDER

The Growth Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for company's media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services. We are seeking a self-motivated and curious individual who will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, and engineering to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of company's services and products. Description This position will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer journeys for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.
- Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
- Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
- Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.
- Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
Key Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.
- Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
- Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
- Ability to react calmly to curveballs, come up with contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
- Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members
- Effective communication skills in all mediums-from slack and email to presentations.
- Education BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
