Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a NetSuite EPM System Administrator with a strong functional and technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate is a system-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have extensive knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite EPM systems and are a superb communicator who can translate business needs/requirements into actionable business solutions and be creative in how NetSuite's EPM features and functionality can be best applied to evolving business needs. You are an agile team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with different parts of the organization while having a solid foundational understanding of financial accounting and internal controls.

The EPM System Administrator is responsible for financial systems' performance, functionality, and reliability. Responsible for system administration, process re-engineering, process improvement and implementation, upgrade and support, and configuring and implementing NetSuite EPM systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities for the EPM System Administrator relate to system ownership and administration, development and enhancement, support and training, and strategic planning for future needs and improvements.

Specific responsibilities of this role encompass a wide range of critical functions that directly impact business operations and include:

System Ownership and Administration

    Serve as the lead functional and technical owner of all NetSuite EPM systems.
  • Manage system configurations, integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance.

Development and Enhancement

  • Design and implement enhancements, customizations, and automation within NetSuite EPM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support ongoing implementation efforts for new EPM modules and functionality.

Support and Training

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal users across global business units.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end users.
  • Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices.

Strategic Planning

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify future needs and system improvements.
  • Stay current with NetSuite EPM product updates and industry trends.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and system evolution strategies.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS HERE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Technology or related field.
  • 6-8 yrs. experience in Business & Financial Systems analysis, design, and application support
  • 5 yrs. experience working with Oracle EPM Financial modules (Planning, Close Management and Consolidation)
  • Experience working and implementing/configuring Oracle PBCS or NetSuite NSPB, Close Management and Consolidation, and Account Reconciliation functionality is required.
  • Excellent functional knowledge working and configuring EPM applications.
  • Experience completing 2-3 full cycle Oracle/NetSuite EPM implementations, deep understanding of business processes and functionality within EPM, such consolidations, workforce and financial planning best practices, close management processes, and account reconciliations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data management, integrations, metadata management, business rules, report creation, and Smart view setup and management, etc.
  • NetSuite certified implementation professional Certification is a plus.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
