Live Hanger - Belgravia - Dept 226 - Days

Pay Rate: $19.65 per hour

6:52AM-3:30PM +OT

• Lifts live chickens off of a moving conveyor belt and hangs them on overhead shackles.
• Operate and controls the speed of the conveyor belt with knee-controlled lever
• Remove birds off the conveyor belt that are deemed "Dead on Arrival."
• Utilize high pressure hose to wash empty coops and trailers
• Picks up "Dead on Arrival" and loose chickens off of the floor
• Cleans up feathers and other debris into gondala or tanks

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+HRS) on the concrete/metal grate ergo stands on the floor
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to meet company established standards
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling motions, torso twisting and lifting of 4-10LBS
• Able to work in a dark, dusty, cold, or hot environment
