Fillet Worker PL57 Dept 308 Night- Belgravia

Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour

Shift hours: 1am- 9:30am +OT (Varies)

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Utilize knives to debone front halves
• Product Grading and Packing- Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meets product specifications
• Salvaging - Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised,damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.
• Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.
