Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Customer Service Representative - Parts (Service Department) Location: Lutz, FL Join Mettler-Toledo, a global leader in precision instruments. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver world-class service, managing customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Manage parts orders and depot repair processes. Respond promptly to voicemails and emails. Organize service inboxes and create service orders. Collaborate with service managers and team members. Document all customer interactions in CRM. Support special projects as needed. Skills & Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and take initiative. Proactive in resolving process breakdowns. Ability to work well in a dynamic, team-based environment. High school diploma or GED required. Prior customer service and office experience preferred.
