What You Will Do:

GFT is seeking a Scheduler to join our Construction Services team in Miami! Candidates will be considered from the greater Miami Florida area and work in-house on site at client's offices.

We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety andquality standards.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepares the Project schedule based upon the project scope of work.
  • Assemble, record, and transfer necessary data for schedule updating and report generation.
  • Communicates with project team members and compiles data for these purposes.
  • Assure continuity and consistency in required reports.
Education | Experience:
What you will bring to our firm:
  • Possess a related Associates Degree from an accredited college.
  • Completed course studies in scheduling and possess knowledge of and the execution of scheduling best practices and produce periodic reports and matrices that record and track project progress.
  • Having a credential in scheduling a plus (PMI, etc)
What we prefer you bring:
  • Has knowledge and is proficient in the use of Primavera Project Planner (P6). Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and execution of complex project schedules.
  • FDOT experience
  • Highway/Roadway scheduling experience
  • Can effectively communicate orally and in writing with team members.
  • Can demonstrate the understanding, use, and functionality of scheduling terminology.
  • Must work in clients offices
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
