Can be located at any of the following locations: Los Angeles, CA / Irvine, CA / San Diego, CA/ Sacramento, CA, San Francisco The Area Modernization Sales Manager is a senior commercial leader responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the sales strategy for modernization revenue growth across the assigned Area. This role oversees a high performance sales organization, ensures consistent pipeline growth, partners closely with operations to deliver world class modernization outcomes, and will help to define the Area go to market approach for Modernization programs. The ASM MOD serves as the Field Operations owner of modernization sales performance, forecasting accuracy, competitive positioning, and strategic account engagement. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic Leadership Sales Management & Performance Customer & Market Engagement Cross Functional Partnership The expected salary range for this position ranges by location: * Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Sacramento, San Fracisco & Seattle: $142,800 - $178,600 The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives. What you bring
