POSITION: Treasury Management Sales Enablement Team Leader

The Treasury Management Sales Enablement Team Leader sits at the intersection of product, sales, operations, and client experience - ensuring our Treasury Management (TM) teams have the tools, insights, training, and support they need to win in the market.

As the Treasury Management Sales Enablement Team Leader, you will shape how we position our TM solutions, elevate sales effectiveness, and drive revenue growth across the commercial bank. You'll be responsible for sales strategy, content development, training, analytics, and go-to-market execution. This role will also be a people manager.

Key Result Areas:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for Treasury Management across all commercial segments.
  • Partner closely with TM product, sales leadership, marketing, and operations to align messaging, positioning, and go to market plans.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of sales tools, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and client facing materials.
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs, including onboarding, product education, sales skills, and ongoing development.
  • Implement data driven insights to improve sales performance, pipeline quality, and client engagement.
  • Oversee technology platforms that support sales enablement (CRM, content management, analytics tools).
  • Drive consistency in sales processes, pricing guidance, and deal support across markets.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on TM sales trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high performing enablement team.
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:


  • 15+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Sales Enablement, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of TM products, client needs, and the commercial banking sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing training programs, sales content, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including building and developing teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Docusign, and other platforms core to Treasury Management Sales
  • Background in competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, or product marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and inconsistent process and structure

Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $190,000 - $240,000

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $190,000 - $240,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
