What to Expect
Tesla's Cell Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated technical program manager to manage new technology development for Tesla's cell engineering organization. This role serves as the organizer and focal point for different technology initiatives, ensuring teams are coordinated and developing technologies with the right urgency and prioritization. This role requires deep familiarity with lithium-ion cell and materials development, a passion for launching new technologies, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen. This requires you to be technically curious, detail oriented, and comfortable delivering results in an unstructured environment. You will use your engineering expertise to collaborate across Cell Materials, Cell Design, Cell Modeling, and Manufacturing Engineering organizations.
