Description

Science is a premier publication for the dissemination of scientific knowledge -- informing its readership of the current status, progress and breakthroughs being made worldwide across a broad range of scientific disciplines.

Science is looking for an Associate Editor or Senior Editor to handle research in the area of next-generation medicine, to identify, assess and select the top 5-10% of research papers that use system approaches (including application of AI to large data sets) to advance bench to bedside biomedical research, and therapeutics development, seeking to publish those papers that are most influential and will significantly advance scientific understanding. The editor will ensure that the selected papers are each subjected to rigorous peer-review and will work with the authors to edit content so that the work is presented clearly and succinctly. The editor will engage with the research community and research leaders, traveling to conferences and laboratories to actively acquire the top papers. Establishing, maintaining, and growing a comprehensive network of contacts within each research sector will be crucial aspects in acquiring and delivering the highest quality content for the journal.

Help us ignite the next era of science.
