The Air Force Program Executive Officer for Agile Combat Support (AFPEO/ACS) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to Acquire and Support War-Enabling Capabilities - Professionally and Affordably. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFPEO/ACS, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities at Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Agile Combat Support (AFLCMC/WN) with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support. Essential Responsibilities: The employee shall apply knowledge of DoDD 5000.1/DoDI 5000.02 and DoD Financial Management and associated Regulations, Air Force AFI 65 Series, AFMC Financial Instructions, and DFAS Regulations/Guidance to assist in performing the following tasks:
The employee will analyze Automated Budget Interactive Data Environment System (ABIDES) outputs received from USG and shall assist in preparing and maintaining living history with comparisons sheet between prior updates and the current position. You will also utilize the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS) to assist in preparing and updating Procurement/RDT&E documents. You will also assist in ensuring Procurement/RDT&E documents are reconciled with ABIDES. The employee will also utilize Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Miscellaneous Obligation Reimbursement Document (MORD) policy and procedures to assist in completing monthly reviews of MIPRs and MORDs. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A High School Diploma plus 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 8 of which must be in the DoD, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD, or a Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
