Scaffolding, Painting, and Insulation (SPI) Coordinator - Hydrocracking Unit Play an integral role in supporting Worley's delivery of safe, efficient, and predictable construction outcomes across complex industrial projects. In this role, you work at the center of field execution, partnering closely with construction teams, subcontractors, planners, schedulers, and clients to ensure scaffolding, painting, and insulation activities are planned, sequenced, and executed to support uninterrupted work. Your presence in the field helps remove constraints before they become issues and enables craft productivity across both OSBL and ISBL scopes within an active hydrocracking unit environment. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for coordinating all scaffolding, painting, and insulation activities in live construction, turnaround, and maintenance settings. The purpose of this role is to align resources, sequencing, safety, quality, and cost controls to support reliable execution and schedule certainty. Acting as the primary interface between subcontractors, Worley field engineering, planners, schedulers, and client representatives, you help ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and in line with project commitments.
