Bilingual /Part-Time Teller: Mayfair Branch

We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week (Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:45pm and 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm).

As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union's members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist members at the Mayfair branch, representing UW Credit Union.
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
• Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
• Support our bilingual (Spanish/English) members.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Ability to work 20 hours
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
• Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment
