This position supports Mesa's Calibration Solutions business. Our Calibration Solutions portfolio uses the principles of advanced metrology to enable customers to measure and calibrate critical parameters in applications such as Environmental and Process Monitoring, Dialysis, Gas Flow, Air Quality, and Torque Testing. Job Summary The Shipping & Receiving Specialist (Level 2) is an experienced logistics team member responsible for coordinating, executing, and documenting all outbound material movement for the manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely shipments, and compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations. Level 3 specialists are subject-matter experts who troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement within the warehouse. Duties/Responsibilities: Shipping Documentation & Compliance Experience/Education: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role. * Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and barcode scanners. Preferred Knowledge & Skillsets Required: * Ability to operate material handling equipment (certification may be required). * Proficient in basic math and computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Physical Demands (US Only): * Standing or walking: Extended periods standing or walking throughout the warehouse. * Using computers: Typing and using the computer. * Manual dexterity: Handling various operating equipment. * Bending and reaching: Frequently reaching overhead, bending Environmental Conditions: * Workspace: Work environment temperature may vary depending on warehouse. * Noise Levels: Noisy environments due to machinery and equipment. * Dust and Dire: Exposure to dust, dirt, and airborne particles. * Safety: Potential exposure to hazardous materials Mesa Labs is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
