What You'll Do:




  • Lead daily operations at the Service Center to meet customer contracts and service requirements
  • Oversee refurbishment, repair, kitting, preconditioning, assembly, and shipment of products
  • Manage site performance across safety, quality, service, and cost targets
  • Build and lead the Service Center team, including hiring, training, and development
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and performance metrics
  • Manage site budget, cost controls, materials purchasing, and inventory accuracy
  • Oversee domestic and international shipping and carrier relationships
  • Track KPIs, report results, and create action plans when performance gaps appear
  • Support onboarding of new customers, new services, and new process rollouts
  • Set site culture, support employee engagement, and lead performance management



What We're Looking For:




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years leading operations or site-level teams
  • Experience managing teams, performance, and workplace safety
  • Background in service, manufacturing, logistics, or repair operations
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance targets
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and customers
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience in regulated environments is a plus
  • Someone who takes ownership, holds standards, and develops people

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
