What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to reduce downtime
- Disassemble, clean, and replace worn or damaged machine components
- Log all maintenance work performed on machinery and equipment
- Track and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Support facility maintenance including lighting, filters, minor building repairs, and general upkeep
- Complete plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Work with contractors and equipment suppliers on specialized repairs and improvements
- Help design and fabricate jigs and fixtures for production use
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production and Supply Chain teams
- Escalate unresolved equipment issues to management within required timeframes
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
- 4-6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems using a multimeter (low voltage, 120V/240V)
- Strong mechanical skills across equipment, machines, and facility systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and design specifications
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office for documentation and tracking
- Willing to become certified on forklifts and scissor lifts
- Ability to learn and operate machine tools such as saws, drills, presses, and welding torches
- Clear verbal and written communication

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
