Associate Partner - Growth, Marketing & Sales Job ID: 105019 Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day?
If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
In this role, you will help serve the next generation of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) clients by bringing a distinctly technology-enabled vision to how they unlock growth.
You will work with senior leaders to shape and deliver modern RGM capabilities-powered by advanced analytics, data products, and emerging AI (including agentic approaches)-to improve the quality and speed of commercial decisions. Drawing on your experience transforming RGM organizations, you will design and embed the tools, processes, and operating model required to sustain impact and materially differentiate clients' growth trajectories.
You will also play a central role in scaling our pricing platform work, partnering closely with client and internal teams to deploy, evolve, and integrate McKinsey's Periscope RGM platform as a core enabler of the RGM vision. You will bring a practitioner's perspective on what it takes to make technology "stick" in the business-translating innovation into practical, value-backed use cases, shaping the roadmap of our assets, and helping build the next generation of RGM leaders across the firm through coaching, community building, and codifying what works. Your Growth
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
