Lead, Warehouse Supervised

Standard Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and prioritizing activities based on shift's labor plan.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Backup for critical roles on the floor to assure continuity during absences.
• Ensure all products is accounted for and moved to appropriate area.
• Monitor inventory issues throughout the facility and report problems to shift inventory clerk.
  

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of distribution or warehousing experience.
• Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office Suite, applications and PKMS warehouse management system.
• Previous lead or supervisor experience.
• Ability to operate all material handling equipment.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts during absences.
• Ability to work in variant internal climate temperatures and low lighting.
• Good depth perception.
• Must be able to work overtime, including on short notice or in emergency situations, when business needs make advance notice impossible
