Our Opening and Your Responsibilities As our Service Depot Technician, you will act as the troubleshooting and report support expert for PendoTech's products, including sensors, transmitters, and control systems. You will provide an advanced technical level product knowledge to ensure strong troubleshooting and repair for the full range of products, especially monitors. You will utilize root cause analysis to identify issues and determine the best course of action. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Actively support technical troubleshooting, repairs, and debugging to provide resolutions. Leading investigations and resolutions of product failure issues for equipment through repairs on customer systems. Managing and escalating customer issues to R&D for assistance and resolution as necessary. Developing, maintaining, and administering shared knowledge base of technical solutions as service manuals. Completing recertification of customer equipment that can't be done in the field. Assisting the technical support and R&D teams as needed. Conducting occasional training. What You Need to Succeed Technical background, including experience with transmitters, sensors, and control systems in the biopharmaceutical industry. Ability to work fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, at our office in Plainsboro, NJ. Strong cross-functional team contributor and comfortable in a matrix organization. Proven problem solver and creative thinker.
