Job Summary The Director implements and manages talent acquisition strategies and processes to proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline by sourcing passive and active candidates. Analyzes current and future organizational workforce needs and implements plans to ensure quality staffing continuity. This role ensures a positive client and candidate experience while being responsible to identify, select and hire the "Best in Class" talent. This results-driven position will work within a team environment aligned to support the professional practice area on a national basis. Additionally, the Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and candidates to provide strategic hiring planning, processes, and talent acquisition by building a pipeline and delivering top talent on a national basis. This position will be based out of our Famers Branch, TX location. Candidates must be based within a reasonable driving distance from this location. No remote applicants will be considered.
