Job Summary

The Director implements and manages talent acquisition strategies and processes to proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline by sourcing passive and active candidates. Analyzes current and future organizational workforce needs and implements plans to ensure quality staffing continuity. This role ensures a positive client and candidate experience while being responsible to identify, select and hire the "Best in Class" talent. This results-driven position will work within a team environment aligned to support the professional practice area on a national basis. Additionally, the Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and candidates to provide strategic hiring planning, processes, and talent acquisition by building a pipeline and delivering top talent on a national basis.

This position will be based out of our Famers Branch, TX location. Candidates must be based within a reasonable driving distance from this location. No remote applicants will be considered.



Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters aligned to a particular practice area (HUB) while also responsible for full-cycle recruiting including research, requisition management, applicant screening, offer negotiations, offer management and closing, specifically focused on direct hire professional positions within the practice area (HUB).
  • Responsible for driving production and revenues by developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and top talent.
  • Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle including to the adherence to success metrics.
  • Develop and execute on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of talent for external hiring.
  • Develop and implement sales plan, strategies, and initiatives to generate new business opportunities as well as expand current clients.
  • Networks with business professionals and perform cold calling and email techniques to generate prospects and leads.
  • Establish a daily/weekly marketing strategy to meet and exceed performance plan.


    Preferred Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years' experience in prior full-desk direct hire recruiting experience, preferably with an executive search agency OR prior sales experience with a proven track record



    Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)

    • Proven ability to source and build a pipeline of talent with various tools and resources is a PLUS.
    • Proven ability to develop and manage professional relationships at every level in the organization.
    • Proven ability to overcome objections, identify buying signals, close the deal.
    • Ability to manage and drive projects within a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability and flexibility working in ambiguous situations.
    • Experience with Bullhorn is a PLUS.
    • Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
    • Achieves results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way. Sees priorities, plans the efficient use of resources, and monitors progress against objectives.
    • Responds positively to change and adapted to new situations quickly. Able to take on a diverse range of tasks equally effectively.
    • Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
