REPORTS TO: Fulfillment Supervisor

HOURS: Monday-Friday; 6:30am-3:30pm (some flexibility)

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

PAY: $22.50/HR

As the fulfillment project team lead, you will take ownership of the fulfillment project department to ensure all kitting and drop ship projects are assembled correctly and shipped on time.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
  • Lead daily workflow by partnering with leadership, communicating schedules and expectations, and addressing team concerns to support department goals.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate labor-both internal associates and temporary workers-to ensure kitting and drop ship projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Train, mentor, coach, and onboard team members and temporary staff while supporting individual development plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions, project status updates, and coordination with project coordinators, managers, and cross department partners.
  • Oversee all project execution activities, including interpreting work orders, assembling/packaging kits, building cartons, generating shipping labels, and ensuring timely shipment to meet customer inhand dates.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, internal systems) to track productivity, shipping details, inventory counts, labor planning, and continuousimprovement metrics.
  • Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and process quality while driving continuous improvement, documenting procedure updates, and implementing lean initiatives.
  • Participate in audits, professional development, and miscellaneous departmental duties, while supporting receiving, inspecting, counting, labeling, and shipping of customer kitting products.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants with equivalent, relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Proven past project management experience and skillset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Proven effective interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Previous inventory or shipping experience desirable.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
