Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Join the Data Cloud revolution at Snowflake! We are scaling our global marketing efforts exponentially, and we are looking for a high-impact, process-obsessed Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Campaign Operations to be the operational force multiplier for our entire marketing engine. This is not a role for simply pushing buttons-it's for an architect and builder who is ready to pioneer the next generation of hyper-scalable campaign execution.

You will sit at the critical intersection of Marketing Strategy, Technology, and Execution. Your mission is to own the end-to-end operationalization of all integrated campaigns, ensuring we deliver maximum velocity, impeccable quality, and absolute measurement integrity as we accelerate our global growth.

If you are energized by transforming complexity into elegant simplicity, obsessed with process optimization, and want to drive a world-class MarTech operation, this is your chance to make a foundational impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Your primary focus will be on defining, optimizing, and scaling the processes that enable our marketing team to execute campaigns with unmatched speed and precision.

Own Campaign Execution Velocity
  • Orchestrate Campaigns at Scale: Lead the flawless, timely, and compliant launch of all global, multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email nurtures, programmatic, and ABM) from technical setup through deployment.

  • Govern Technical Integrity: Master the execution layer of our MarTech stack (MAP, CRM, etc.), rigorously ensuring accurate audience segmentation, dynamic content personalization, and seamless data flow.

  • Lead Quality Assurance (QA): Implement and enforce rigorous QA protocols, meticulously checking links, rendering, UTM tracking, and data integrity to ensure every launch is error-free and on-brand.

Architect Operational Excellence & Standardization
  • Pioneer Scalable Frameworks: Design, document, and champion the adoption of best-in-class operational playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and campaign intake processes that enable global consistency and rapid execution.

  • Drive Process Optimization: Proactively identify execution bottlenecks, manual dependencies, and points of friction, then engineer and implement automation solutions to drive exponential improvements in campaign turnaround time and team efficiency.

  • Empower Global Teams: Develop and maintain self-service capabilities and governance models (templates, naming conventions) that empower distributed marketing teams to execute campaigns locally while adhering to global standards.

Lead Reporting and MarTech Translation
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Own the system architecture for lead flow, accurate attribution, and campaign tracking, ensuring data is clean, consistent, and drives actionable decision-making for marketing leadership.

  • Be the Technical Translator: Partner with Marketing Systems and Analytics teams to translate complex business requirements into technical designs that ensure our MarTech stack fully supports our expanding campaign strategies.

  • Leverage Insights: Analyze execution metrics and campaign performance data to identify systematic areas for improvement in deliverability, efficiency, and overall marketing performance.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 8+ years of high-impact experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or Demand Generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS or hyper-growth technology environment.

  • Expert-Level Technical Proficiency: Deep, hands-on expertise with a leading Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce). You can not only run a campaign but fundamentally improve the underlying system architecture.

  • The Builder Mindset: Proven history of architecting, implementing, and scaling operational frameworks from the ground up to support massive organizational growth.

  • Obsession with Detail: Exceptional organizational skills, project management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to quality assurance and operational perfection.

  • Analytical Horsepower: Strong comfort with campaign data, attribution models, and using reporting tools to diagnose system issues and guide process optimization efforts.

  • Drive and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change, and often ambiguous environment, handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
