Location: Lake Panasoffkee, Florida

Pay: $18-$20 DOE | 50-55 hours per week with overtime opportunities

What You'll Do

• Maintain site cleanliness and safety through general labor and groundskeeping tasks
• Perform landscaping, mowing, trimming, and debris control
• Walk slopes and collect litter to keep the landfill in top condition
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Support traffic control, guiding trucks safely through active work zones
• Operate or assist with tippers used for unloading trailers (training provided)
• Collaborate with equipment operators and site leadership to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on uneven terrain
• Basic math and computer skills
• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn new equipment and skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
