Physical Therapist- Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist in Rhode Island
• Conduct patient evaluations to determine the need for therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with physician orders, agency policies, and professional standards
• Implement and adjust treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes thoroughly
• Educate and instruct patients' family members, PTAs, aides, and caregivers in proper therapy techniques to ensure continuity of care
• Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities
• Evaluate patient response and modify treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments
• Ensure compliance with all safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
