FlexStaff is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our client's team in Oceanside, NY. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking individuals skilled in-patient assessment and creative, effective treatment planning. Clinic Operations & Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: Typically, open from 7-8 AM to 8 PM.
- Scheduling: Therapists work a consistent, rotating schedule (e.g., 2 morning/3 evening shifts or vice versa) that does not change week-to-week once set.
- Shift Timings:
- Morning shifts: 7/8 AM - 3 PM
- Evening shifts: 12 PM - 8 PM
- Saturday Work: Saturdays may be required; this will be discussed during client interviews.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- NYS Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible).
- Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide care based on physician plans, agency policy, and professional standards.
- Instruct caregivers (family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides) on physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000.
