Job Description

Collaborates with leadership, stakeholders, and end users. Designs and develops effective business intelligence solutions to support the often complex needs of organization clinical and business units.

Job Responsibility




  • Consults with leadership, stakeholders, end users and the staff in the design, development and delivery of effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions including metrics, reports, dashboards or other solutions as appropriate.
  • Analyzes and evaluates end user's reporting needs, translates business requirements into detailed design specifications, and develops user-friendly BI solutions to support self-service analytics.
  • Researches and conducts data analysis to aid in resolution of production issues.
  • Documents all solutions development related activities including user requests, report specification, development, modification, testing and on-going production support.
  • Provides reporting and analytic training to reporting super users in administrative departments as well as to IT staff.
  • Provides expertise in the use of all selected IT reporting software solutions, vendor selection and tools for clinical analytics and business intelligence.
  • Maintains licensing/requests and provides administrative support for end user BI Dashboard Solutions (Tableau, Explores).
  • Creates appropriate prototypes and solutions to meet user needs and requirements; maintains standards and procedural documentation related to reporting solutions.
  • Conducts internal process reviews to ensure compliance to policies and practices. Employees use knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification




  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
