Job Description

We're looking for a Producer to manage and carry out the creation of in-app content for Adobe Premiere on mobile. You'll act as the bridge between creative vision and practical production for project templates, effects and transition presets, text animation presets, and more. You'll handle budgeting, scheduling, collaborator communication, and ensure the final product aligns with strategic goals. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to drive projects in partnership with the Creative Director, great project management skills, and a talent for addressing challenges.

What You'll Do

You'll partner with the team's Creative Director on project development, scripting ideas, strategy decks and pitches. Once projects are approved, you'll manage the production workflow from start to finish. That means crafting workback plans, managing budgets, prioritizing resources, coordinating timelines, and facilitating final delivery of all assets. You'll need to be adept at addressing logistical and creative challenges to keep projects on track and will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment with both creative goals and business objectives.

Essential Skills

As the lead Producer, you'll work with a team of internal and external designers, agencies, and regional producers every day. This position demands excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills along with capacity to handle ambiguity. Communication is key to successfully negotiate and drive consensus across the organization in our fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Producer in a creative environment such as an agency or production studio delivering video projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills to manage projects on tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to change direction quickly based on evolving strategic business needs.
  • Creative problem solving; our ideal candidate is a hard-working self starter that's constantly looking to improve process and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with global delivery requirements including recognizing regional trends and adapting content to be culturally relevant.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,900 -- $209,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $144,800 - $209,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
