Our Company We're looking for a Producer to manage and carry out the creation of in-app content for Adobe Premiere on mobile. You'll act as the bridge between creative vision and practical production for project templates, effects and transition presets, text animation presets, and more. You'll handle budgeting, scheduling, collaborator communication, and ensure the final product aligns with strategic goals. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to drive projects in partnership with the Creative Director, great project management skills, and a talent for addressing challenges. What You'll DoYou'll partner with the team's Creative Director on project development, scripting ideas, strategy decks and pitches. Once projects are approved, you'll manage the production workflow from start to finish. That means crafting workback plans, managing budgets, prioritizing resources, coordinating timelines, and facilitating final delivery of all assets. You'll need to be adept at addressing logistical and creative challenges to keep projects on track and will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment with both creative goals and business objectives. Essential SkillsAs the lead Producer, you'll work with a team of internal and external designers, agencies, and regional producers every day. This position demands excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills along with capacity to handle ambiguity. In California, the pay range for this position is $144,800 - $209,600 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
