PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: The Area Modernization Sales Manager is a senior commercial leader responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the sales strategy for modernization revenue growth across the assigned Area. This role oversees a high performance sales organization, ensures consistent pipeline growth, partners closely with operations to deliver world class modernization outcomes, and will help to define the Area go to market approach for Modernization programs. The ASM MOD serves as the Field Operations owner of modernization sales performance, forecasting accuracy, competitive positioning, and strategic account engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of sales experience required with experience in elevator modernization sales preferred Minimum of 2 years people leadership experience Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills What's in it for you?
