Job Description

Shift: Afternoon


The Facilities TML/Planner will ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance events, ensure the timely completion of overhaul activities, prepare shift preventive maintenance activities (backlog) assignments, prepare overhaul manning schedules to include assigning overtime, analyzes equipment failure data to identify equipment reliability improvement opportunities and perform other duties as assigned.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Responsible for overseeing scheduled Facilities, HVAC, and Building maintenance activities
  • Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
  • Ensure the timely completion overhaul activities
  • Assist in equipment failure root cause analysis and corrective action identification
  • Prepare manning schedules and schedule overtime
  • Coordinates labor and procure materials for projects and other planned maintenance events
  • Generates and reviews reports to identify maintenance reliability improvement opportunities
  • Verify time-card accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate employee issues that require attention to management (Safety, Quality, Attendance, etc.)
  • Assist in communication and coordination of training to include Single Point Lesson development
  • As a team member, follow all safety, quality, and safe quality food (SQF) rules
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervisor


Internal Interaction required with:



  • Production TPL's, Production Maintenance GML's, and Production Maintenance Craft
  • Production and Maintenance Supervisors and Management
  • Engineering Department

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:



  • Three years of Facilities Maintenance (HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical) experience is required.
  • One year of Maintenance Planning experience is preferred.
  • One year of experience in a Leadership Role is preferred.


EDUCATION:



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Formal Training in HVAC Maintenance (Military, Trade School or College) preferred
  • Refrigerant recovery certificate preferred.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be well organized, and be a team player.
  • Computer knowledge (SAP, Excel, Word)
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
