The Operational Lead, Collision Tools & Equipmentrolehelps keep our collision network running smoothly by managing key projects and making sure teams stay aligned.You'llwork closely with engineering,IT,operations, and suppliers to keep timelines on track,maintainclean BOMs, and surface the data that helps the team make smart decisions. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, adaptable, and excited to support tools and equipment rollout across a fast movingand dynamicenvironment.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain BOMs withaccurateversions, cost visibility, and alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and key partners
- Manage timelines and deliverables for major initiatives, including suppliers, shop launches, IT enhancements, tooling development, and new vehicle programs
- Coordinate end to end cross functional execution across technical teams, operations, IT, and suppliers with clear scope, aligned schedules, and structured plans
- Lead project reporting with an organized, current view of statuses, milestones, risks, accomplishments, and deliverables sourced from engineers and specialists
- Analyze project and operational data to surface trends, build business cases, drive prioritization, and assess program health
- Communicate plans, KPIs, and progress, including schedule variance, cost impacts, supplier performance, and other assigned updates
- Lead effortstoidentify, analyze, improve existing business processes, or create new ones within the department to meet new goals andobjectives
What You'll Bring
- 2-5+ years ofworkexperiencein project management, operations,engineeringor a field that requiresstrong problem solving, flexibility, and relationship building skills.PMP or equivalent certification is a huge plus
- Strong communicationskills, highproficiencyin written and spoken English, and the ability to quickly learn andutilizecomputer applications
- Demonstrate strong professionalism through sound judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and a proactive willingness to learn
- Dependable, adaptable, and capable of supporting operational needs across diverse environments
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally to support program needs
- Meets all required standards,including being18+ and able to obtain Tesla forklift certification as needed

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
