What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage the websitechangeroadmap accounting forcross functional teams' resources and development timing
  • Prepare,auditand approve the release of public facing vehicle databy coordinatingwithcross functionalprograms,technical, sales and studioteams
  • Alignregionalsales teams'websiteinputsto converge on a consistent global format that accounts for regionalcomplexitiesand ensures consistency in branding, messaging, and experience
  • Converge website formats and explanationswith sales, copyright,contentand engineering teams
  • Analyze website metricsand market trendstodrive continuouswebsiteimprovementactions
  • Coordinate with content creation on physical properties requirement & delivery, for world-class content production
  • Review and approve website directionand effectivenesswithvehicle program,design, sales and ITexecutiveson aquarterly basis

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in project management, with at least 2 years focused on website development, content management, or digital product management
  • Hands-on experience managing website projects in a hardware company. Startup experience is ideal, as itdemonstratesagility in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
  • Proventrack recordin guiding cross-functional teams through website change requests, deployments, and global implementations
  • Strong understanding of website creation and management processes, version control, and deployment pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives (e.g., design reviews and progress updates)
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on business impacts (e.g., how website changes affect user experience, sales, or brandperceptionin a hardware context)

    Expected Compensation
    $92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
