Your Role

The Junior Designer will work with project teams by supporting the project and client delivery process.This includes creating graphics, assemblingpresentationsand 3D modeling.

What You Will Do

• Support Design Directors and Project Architects with the design and delivery of projects

• Work with design teams to prepare client presentations

• Assist with 3D modeling and other responsibilities as needed

• Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, spaceplanningand construction documentation

• Participate in theselectionand presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting

• Assiston generating finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction

• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts

Your Qualifications

• 0 - 4yearsof related interior design project experience

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, Rhino,Octane, Grasshopper, and/or other modeling software programs

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications

• Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign

• Must be a team player

• Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment

• Ability to step in toassistwhere needed

• Ability to take initiative and be proactive vs. reactive
